The applicants for the validation process in CDM project should finish the “Application for validation or verification and certification” form and provide relevant documents as below:

?           Approval of feasibility study report

?           The EIA report

?           Approval of EIA report

?           The project design document (PDD)

?           The qualification proofs of the project host and the developer (for example, the copy of business license)

?           The letters of approval or the letters of no objection from the DNA of the Parties of the project participants, including the written approval by the host Party’s government

?           Project community and construction ichnography

?           The laws and regulations applicable to the project activities

?           The process and related records of project stockholder opinions

The consigner who wants to apply for the verification/certification process in CDM project should finish the “Application for validation or verification and certification” form and provide relevant documents as below:

?           The final project design document and the related appendix

?           The final validation report

?           The monitoring report of implementation

?           The quality control (QC) and quality assurance (QA) procedure used for the monitoring equipment and data collection

?           The other documents like the manufacturing flow, technical charting etc.
