3. Products should comply with the requirements of GB 4343-1995.

4. The electricity consumption of products should meet the requirements of electricity efficiency grade A or grade B of Appendix E of GB/T 8059.1~2 and Appendix D of GB/T 8059.3~4.

5. When the refrigerator is in operation, it shouldn’t make any obvious noises, and the sound power grade of the noises should be less than 44dB (A).

Products Made from Recycled Paper

1. Recycled Paper

1.1 Journalism paper, commercial paper (such as packaging paper and paper board), cultural paper (such as exercise book paper, envelop paper, presswork), paper used in life (such as toilet paper, facial tissue) etc. must be produced with 100% waste paper, new paper pulp should exceed 5% (in weight).

1.2 Product must specify it can not be used in food packaging or as throwaway operation paper.

2. wallpaper and baseboard made of waste paper: the content of waste paper in wallpaper should not be less than 60%(in weight), the content of waste paper in baseboard should not be less than 80%(in weight).

3. construction material produced by waste paper: the content of waste paper in construction material used for insulation(such as acoustic insulation and heat insulation)  should not be less than 80%(in weight).

2. Outside packing must use oil printing or recyclable paper box (carton), it should not be treated with filming, unless the material of the film is degradable substance.

Packaging Products

1. Requirements for substitute packaging products

(1) Complete substitute packaging products should contain plastic fiber.

(2) Plastic material of complete film packaging products should meet the requirements for degradable products.

2. Requirements for degradable products

(1) Degradation rate of the bio-degradable film packaging products ≥ 15%.

(2) Degradation rupture protraction retentive rate of photo degradable film packaging products ≤ 10%.

(3) Degradation rate of the photo-bio-degradable film packaging products ≥ 10%, degradation rupture protraction retentive rate ≤30%. 

3. Packaging products that are easy to treat and recycle

(1) The percentage of the weight of the recycled waste in the product must exceed 60%.

(2) The recycling departments in the distribution area of the products must undertake products recycling.

1. Requirements for raw material and additive

1.1 Chemical compound additive should not be used in the production process.

1.2 The non-chemical compound raw material and additive used in the product should meet the requirement of GB 10791-89 and GB 2760-89.

2. Requirements for packaging material

Product should use packaging materials that are harmless to ecological environment and human health and easy to recycle.
